1. Choose Your Entry Type & Register

You can submit entries as an Individual Performer or on behalf of a School/Group. Complete the ‘Online Qualifier’ Registration Form.

Note: If submitting for a school, please ensure one lead contact handles the registration.

2. Get Your Details

Watch your inbox for your confirmation email. This contains: your unique ‘Track Code’ (essential for your files), payment details and the link to our secure Dropbox folder.

3. Film Your Entry (The Rules)

Format: Please submit videos in .MP4 or .MOV format.

Framing: Film in landscape mode (horizontally). Ensure the dancer’s full body is always visible and the space is well-lit.

One Entry, One File: If you are entering multiple categories, please upload a separate video file for each routine.

4. Name Your File

Crucial Step: You must name the file using the specific Track Code (e.g., BB0012-ON25-0012) provided in the registration email sent to you (see Step 2).

Files not correctly named cannot be tracked and may be voided.

5. Upload & Pay

Upload your correctly named video(s) to the Dropbox link provided in the registration email.

All entry fees and uploads must be completed by 15th August 2027. Any submission without a matching payment or uploaded file by this date will be voided.
